Narrative description of project
The objective of this study is the establishment of the Lavrio Port Master Plan, in the light of the investigation of the present and the projected uses of the harbour facilities, until the year 2035. Different scenarios of the final development of the harbour and land installations, have been examined, and evaluated by SWAT Method. The winning Scenario has been studied in depth in order to finalize the proposed infrastructures and facilities.

The objective of the study is the design of the armor of the lee mole, the design of a quaywall 680 m long for cruise vessels, the design of two finger piers for Ro-Ro Ferries and the design of two berthing places for Monohull and Catamaran. These works have been proposed at the Master Plan Study of Lavrio Port prepared under the leadership of ROGAN ASSOCIATES of an Association of Consulting Firms.
